Use the soft polishing cloth included with your piece to gently remove oils, dust, or light tarnish after each wear. No liquids or harsh rubbing needed.

Store your jewelry in its pouch when not in use to prevent scratches, tangling, and exposure to air. For delicate chains, keep them in separate bags to avoid knots.

Keep your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and humidity, to maintain shine and protect clasps or settings.

Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, sunscreen, and other chemicals, as they can dull metals, damage stones, and speed up tarnishing.

To ensure optional protection, store each piece separately in their original pouches to help prevent any potential scratches or damage.

Be mindful of the surfaces your jewelry comes into contact with, rough surfaces can cause chips or scratches.

Although our pendants are waterproof, we do not recommend soaking or submerging your jewelry in water, as this may damage the cord or other delicate components.

Minimise contact with cosmetic and chemical products such as hairspray, lotions and perfumes.

For cleaning and maintenance gently wipe your jewelry to remove any dust or dirt with a soft cotton cloth.
